CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The BUKTYM Website and phone App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.

Cancellation

  1. As a general rule Customer shall be entitled to cancel Booking once placed. Customer may choose to cancel Bookings up until 24 hours before the service time is due. However, subject to Customers previous cancellation history, BUKTYM reserves the right to deny any refund to Customer pursuant to a cancellation initiated by Customer.
  2. If Customer cancels a Booking within 24 hours of service time, BUKTYM shall have a right to collect a penalty of 100% of the Booking amount for breach of contract terms as a compensation for the damages suffered by BUKTYM as well as to compensate the Merchants and PDPs
  3. In any case, Customer has an option to reschedule an already booked appointment to a later time or date up until 2 hours before the originally booked time slot
  4. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to BUKTYM or the Merchant, BUKTYM shall not collect any penalty from the Customer

Refunds

  1. Customer may be entitled to refund for prepaid Bookings. BUKTYM retains the right to retain the penalty payable by the Customer in Section I (2) from the amount refundable.
  2. Customer may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Booking value if Salon fails to deliver the Booked service due to a cause attributable BUKTYM, however such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by BUKTYM.
  3. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding
  4. All refund amounts shall be credited to Customer’s account as may be stipulated as per the payment mechanism of Customer’s choice, the estimated timelines are detailed as below

The Customer may be entitled to refund due to the aforesaid reasons upto 100% of the Booking value depending upon the nature of issue. BUKTYM reserves the right to consider the cancellation and refund request and determine if such cancellation and refund request satisfy any of the aforesaid conditions, in which case BUKTYM shall process the cancellation request and refund to Customer.

Important Note 2: In case of the complaint of any spurious service, the liability shall solely lie with the Salon selling the service. BUKTYM is merely facilitating the transactions between the Salon and the Customer and therefore, BUKTYM shall assume no liability with respect to the services sold by the Salon. BUKTYM strictly discourages dealing of any spurious product on its Platform and shall reserve the right to report such incidents to the concerned authorities for appropriate legal actions.
